Disappointed.

The website looked good, and the way WSI 15013 set it up to direct people to the site is great. But, we tried setting up the web store and it just doesn't work--we just haven't worked it out. It was our first time using them and I think that their responsiveness has been great. Rabia is very good to work with because she just seems to be on her game and knowledgeable. It's just that on the IT side the people couldn't get it to work. They promised that the web store could link to our QuickBooks and it just didn't work.
