Armstrong Air and Heating has a wonderful team working for them. My experience started with Tom, who came to do the visit and review, and to supply me with a quote. When he came for the visit I was very impressed by his presentation. His deportment and mannerisms really caught my eye and I would recommend him in a heartbeat. I was fine with the quote he gave me so I chose their service. Fernando came to clean the vents and install the machinery. He was exceptional. All along the way during the installation he informed me of what he was doing. I would do a spot check and he would explain how the work was coming along, which I was pleased with. He explained everything in simple and straightforward terms that I could understand. He was meant to have some help, but Josh had been running late after a previous appointment. Fernando worked until he was obviously tired, and then Josh arrived to help him. They were able to get me the cool air I needed.

Nigel came the following day to clean my vents. I was very impressed with how that was done. He cleaned every single vent with a set of brushes. He took off every single cover, and washed them all individually. Based on their service, if they are to continue in that manner in which they worked their business will be able to reach the stars! I was impressed by the deportment and thoroughness of everyone I worked with. Throughout the process Tom kept in contact to make sure the work was being done. He let me know that if I needed anything to be rectified I could feel free to call him. I would not hesitate to recommend them- they're awesome!
