Alex was great, he got my ordered placed and kept my up to date on the manufacturing of my tables. Everything was as promised. Earthlite has proven affordable, durable and reliable. There facility is in San Marcos and was packed and ready for pickup at the time of ordering.

The only reason I gave one less star is because there was a slight logistical issue with ordering which set back my project by a more than a week. The delay had to do more with the parts manufacturer and was beyond Earthlites control. Although the towel caddi that fits within the everest eclipse isn't carried by earthlite Alex helped me find the appropriately sized tables quickly.

I am a loyal client and will continue to use Earthlite and I always recommend there products to my fellow therapists.
