Persistence in trying to find a problem
I've been having a problem that has been difficult to pinpoint. The Precision personnel have been persistent in trying to figure out what is causing the problem, yet not pushy in trying to convince me to get a particular new part. I have always been been given a loaner car or a ride to and from my home when the car is being serviced and all the personnel I have met have been polite and pleasant to deal with.
