Scott, Lawrence and there team at precision auto are to be commended for the high level of customer service and professionalism that they provide at there shop. They take great pride in cleanliness and detail and you see this from the moment you walk in. I've been to many shops across the lower mainland, bigger and smaller name garages and took a chance and just googled best shops in Langley and Precision auto came up, to my surprise they were only 5 minutes away from where I lived. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Lawrence who was extremely courteous, friendly and professional they gave me a fair quote for the work needed. They also shuttled me home in there clean company car and drove me back to the shop when the work was completed. They also surprised me by emailing me a list of the work done along with pictures so that I could actually see what was going on with my vehicle below the hood and underneath my vehicle, along with quotes. I have been to the shop a couple more times since then and the service has always been great, I even had the owner Scott and his lovely wife shuttle me when they were under staffed. If you are looking for a automotive shop that you can trust to leave your vehicle with and actually feel like the customer is there main priority, go see them just once and you'll find the experience worth it.
