Absolutely incredible experience. We are so thankful to have gone to Precision Auto and feel so grateful for the time and attention given to us. It is often hard to "trust" a car repair shop but as soon as you speak to anyone there and especially after taking your vehicle in you know you have made a safe choice. Thank you for taking the time and patience to answer all and any questions and for providing us with an accurate detailed list of things for our van. I also just noticed the sticker today! Thanks for that reminder of when we need to come in next. I have been telling everyone that will listen to come to your shop. It is nice to feel taken care of instead of "taken advantage of!".
