My experience with the Finance Dept was not good and to this day I don't know if all the paperwork was handled correctly, especially the transferring of my personalized plate. I would like someone to contact me to tell me if this was done, because if I get a new plate in the mail and have to go to the Dept of Motor Vehicles, you can be certain I will be at Bell Honda with the plate and expecting them to pay for everything I had to go through to get it changed back to my personalized plate. I don't have any paperwork that tells me that was done correctly. I came to make a second appointment to discuss with a Finance Manager after the purchase because I didn't have anything in writing what the payment was going to be and when it started. I have purchased 3 Acura's from the North Scottsdale location and believe me, your dealership could use some training from them and improve on your customer service overall. To this day I still haven't received a call to see how I like my new Honda Civic and I'm just not happy at all with the service I got there and not sure the paperwork still is in order. The way this was handled with the payment being with a company I have no clue who they are, I would have preferred to stay with Honda Financing since I have had many cars with them. My credit rating is outstanding. Yes, I'm purchasing this car instead of leasing, but right now I wish I had my Acura back. You got a great car with less than 12,000 miles and only a 2013 year. I'm not sure I will ever come there again. I was at that dealership 5 hrs. trying to buy this car and felt rush, rush, rush and even to the point that I left money in one of the areas of the Acura which I'm sure was between $4.00 and $6.00 in change. My car was not cleaned well or detailed when I received it, it was very dirty outside. The day I came to speak to the Finance Manager, I pointed out to one of the sales people that the strips on the door panels was terrible, he took it and had it fixed immediately and because I'm still so unhappy, I really don't want to even come in to your dealership because I'm still upset about the Finance person. He was just too pushy and did not explain things in a manner for me to totally understand. I've purchased many cars in my lifetime, but never had someone like that person.
