We began with sending my son to the 6 hour class first in Flagstaff. Right there things went wrong when after I dropped him off at 9 am, he called by 12:30 asking to be picked up. Upon meeting me he explained the instructor let them go early, he did not have the meeting set up with the police officers and apparently went through all the material. This was alarming so I called their main office and let the coordinator know what happened, who in turn said he was going to look into it. He did call me back to say the instructors material got deleted on his computer or something, but he should have had enough material on hand to have filled the whole class time allotted. The lack of police officers was not addressed. He assured me though that what was missed could be emphasized during driving instructions. We had 3 days of 2 hour classes. All was going smoothly again until the last day when he was suppose to have his last 2 hour class and then the final test. We dropped my son off at noon then within a 1/2 hour of class I get a text he is at the library already copying his certificate and then less then 10 minutes he was at the DMV. By the time we arrived his instructor was gone and my son was finishing up acquiring his license. So, Yes I am very disappointed in the way this driving school conducted their part in teaching. We live out of town, 2 hours away, this was a big expenditure but an extremely important one. I felt like the class aspect was not prepared properly, and that even if my son seems like he had the hang of driving, which he could of learned from us, we payed to have him practice in the town for a reason. We expected for him to have the full class time for practicing.
