I really appreciated David's step by step delivery of the process and in terms anyone could understand. His experience as a firefighter enabled him to teach from real life scenarios which gave me a much better sense of how to handle different situations. I also felt David's sincere desire to help people shining through his guidance. He was very thorough and always asked if there were any questions, which he took the time to answer. It was also very helpful to have the tools to practice what was taught. The practice gave me confidence that I could respond easily in an emergency situation.
