The two techs were very knowledgeable and professional in their demeanor. They were quite truthful in their evaluation of my heating problem and gave me several options to fix the issues. They made no attempt to oversell or to make the repair seem more severe than it was just to pump up the price, as has been my experience with other plumbing and heating companies.
