Follow up poor

I had new eavestroughs installed last October. I had a concern about one of the new spouts being to shorter than the previous one on the 1st storey roof . They assured me if I had concerns in the spring they would come back.
In March I had a issue with ice overflow off the roof onto my door below and in spring with the heavy rain which landed in front of my door. I asked them to come extend the spout by a foot so this didn't happen. They said someone was here and felt it was good the way it was. I was not contacted nor have anyone come to my door. Also a hinge on a down spout was twisting (faulty).
I called in April, June and again in August. Splashdown has nt contacted me to follow up.
The last call I made a manager was to call. I haven't heard from anyone and this is mid September.

Hi Judy,
Let's put this into context with my dated work orders. We completed your home on Oct 23, 2019. On Nov. 18 a repair order was submitted that the "Upper to lower pipes are too high off the roof. Also extend these longer please, past the "wall" original was much longer)". We sent the guys back the very next day on November 19, 2019, and their notes say that they "added extensions to elbows on roof pipes". We received another request in the spring suggesting that water was overshooting the trough and that damming was caused in the winter months. And also that there was a hinge broken. It took us some time to get there with everything going on, however the guys were there on June 15 (were not able to talk with you and may not have left a message). Their notes are "problems with overflow and ice buildup must be winter/icing issues. Could not find a broken/malfunctioning hinge". I will also say that in high volume/flow areas, we typically would rather see the water running on the roof from an upper downspout where that water can then spread out/level out, and enter the trough over a 12" to 18" width of roof, rather than extending the downspout into the lower trough where it will billow the water up and over the back/front of the trough. For that reason the guys did not extend the pipe into the lower trough. Also during ice conditions, a downspout that is extended into the lower trough will plug up with the ice that has built up in the lower trough which causes the entire pipe to back up and freeze solid causing worse problems.
