They fixed the problem.
I am the condo maintenance director for 16 different properties, and they have over 1,000 units. There are two locations where we had issues with water coming down the walls and leaking into the units.
Splashdown Eaves took the siding off, put in a water-proof membrane and Tyvek wrapping, and put the siding back up. It worked great. There are no more problems, and we are good to go.
