We came into the new home construction project with zero knowledge on home systems. Trey was very helpful initally explaining the basics and with Justin's help we were able to settle on the right mix for us. I am very happy with what we decided to do in the house, we actually added a media room after the initial design. Justin was key in getting this done right. Ralph took over for Justin at the time of installation and although we had a few problems with the handoff, Ralph is very focused on customer service and has done a good job working out the kinks. We still have a few items that aren't working correctly but I expect that we will eventually get them fixed.

Overall, it has been great working with Dominion and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to intall home control and AV systems.
