I love Clean Living Chem-Dry! I give them top ratings all across the board. It was so easy to work with them the first time so I called them back this year, and I plan to call them back every year to keep my carpets clean. I actually plan on calling them back for a second cleaning when it's warm enough this year so my carpets are super clean. They came out did an excellent job and even went above and beyond in doing some of the things they said they didn't really do when I called them the first time. They moved furniture around, and I know they don't want to overwork their guy by having him move a bunch of furniture around.

They are very pleasant and very thorough. They are the most relaxed and easy to talk to and thorough people I have met in the industry. When you call and make an appointment they are pretty exact as far as when they say they will be there, they will be there. They don't make up elaborate excuses to fit you into the schedule they want you in. Instead, they go out of their way to get you on the schedule you are asking for. That is greatly appreciated with my busy life. They do a great job with a high level of results which is why I call them back!
