Having just reroofed my house, I decided to replace the solar panels that I had for 18 years. Rich gave me a very good presentation on the solar panels he recommended we put on the roof. He was very thorough in his explanations, answering all questions I had. He scheduled the work for the following week. He and his crew arrived on time and completed the job in less than three hours. Following installation it was checked to ensure no leaks. They did discover a small leak in the PVC pipe (coupling) that I had done years earlier. They replaced my leaking connection at no charge.
