We have relied on Richey, Joann, and company for nearly two decades to service our two solar water heaters. They have never charged me a nickel for advice. The owner himself even invited me to call his cell number after hours and talked me through a self-maintenance procedure which prevented $500 worth of freeze damage to our solar panel. This company is reliable,friendly,and competent. They may charge more than the average company but I don't want to rely on average.
