I would agree. You had a tree fall on your car. We pulled a crew off of another job and came and took care of you immediately. It was all based on the actual time and charged by the hour at 9% above our regular rate. That helps cover the costs of not finishing the other job and having to go back. We're scheduling everyone else at 30 days from acceptance. I understand why you would feel that way. I hope you'll understand and share why we do it the way we do.
