Everyone I dealt with, from the arborist who came for the initial consultation, to the technicians who came to discuss the power line complications, to the office staff, was professional, courteous, and friendly. The job to be done was very challenging, and though I was not able to actually witness it, the results were truly amazing. And so the broken and threatening trees have been removed, and I am greatly relieved. Heartwood is not inexpensive, to be sure, but WELL WORTH the money for what they did and how they did it.
