I have used Heartwood twice over a period of 4 years. Both times the person coming to look at what needs to be done was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. The quote was promptly provided and no pressure exerted to make an immediate decision. The cutting crew arrived on time and were courteous and safety conscious. They worked swiftly and left the cutting area clean of debris - it was like they were never there. I would recommend them to everyone.
