Heartwood Tree Services is beyond a 5 in everything. From the beginning to the middle to the end the professionalism that you experience with them is beyond the usual. From the first phone call to the sales representative Craig to the men who do the work, it is a pleasure to do business with them.

Craig is not just a businessman, he is also an arborist. He has passion in his profession, but he also has business acumen. Craig knows how to put the job together with a patience and passion for trees. It is a unique combination.

When the men from Heartwood Tree come out to do the physical work, they work hard. On several occasions they had jobs before they came to do work for me. I knew they were tired, but they did not let it show in their work or their professionalism. From the time they came to the site until the time they left their exhaustion didn't show. If I request additional work above what was originally talked about they are more than happy to do it even though they are tired.

They really are a pleasure, and it is a privilege to have those men come and work at the house and in my yard. Their work is beyond the highest rating. I have been using them for over 2 years, starting in January 2008. I have been using them on a consistent basis on trees and other things in the yard, and have used them most recently in May 2010. It doesn't matter the request, they always carry it out. Heartwood's work is exceptional and flawless.

I had a brick wall that was broken by a drunk driver, so I had three companies come out to work on the repairs. Each company involved has an excellent reputation as professional with good quality work. I had a brick company, someone to repair the yard, and Heartwood Tee. All three were out in the span of a week.

Only Heartwood's work was flawless. Heartwood did what they said they would do in the time that was promised. In fact, because of my work schedule Craig came out at 7:30 AM to accommodate me. I was quite taken aback that he would do that. The other two companies did not deliver what was promised. They should have done better work, especially for the price I paid them. I wish all three of the companies had been Heartwood.

I wish that all companies would do business like Heartwood Tree Services. Especially when compared to other companies, their work stands out even more. They are expensive but worth every bit of money you pay. It really is like they are athletes in a relay. From the woman on the phone to the men who do the work to the invoice received, they pass the baton for excellent service. They are world class, and are head and shoulders above the rest.
