I'm completely impressed with Heartwood--from the gentleman who came out for the initial consultation to the crew. They offered to cut down a few extra branches that were blocking a walkway, even though that was not a part of the plan, and didn't charge me for it. I had gotten a quote from another company for the same services that came in at $600 more and they weren't even as professional as Heartwood. I will definitely call on them again!
