I have been using Valley Management Group for over twelve years now and would definitely recommend them without reservation. I just have a great relationship with them and trust my property manager completely. He's always prompt when I have a question and returns my calls quickly. I can tell that he has a good sense of the market and is honest; he lets me know when I'm entitled to higher rent and knows the law. His office staff is excellent and I completely trust their work. I think their prices are comparable to what's out there for their services and will continue to use them for many more years to come!
