I've been working with Valley Management Group for about a year and a half now. They manage my properties out in California; and everything I've asked them to do they've taken care of. Everyone there is polite. Most recently I had some fences that needed to get fixed and had to work that out with the other property owners and they took care of that. The last management company I worked with did nothing but screw me over and charged me 7% for that; but VMG charges me 8% and I think that's very fair for the services they provide.
