I rent a home from Valley Management Group. Ever since I have been at one of their properties, their process of background checking and on-boarding new residents has always been very simple and timely. The staff is fantastic. Christina is my go to gal for any initial contact. She has been very helpful as my point person. She has been on top of every errand I have had her run, from washers not working properly to a broken fence. Lloyd had been very personable and open from the get go. He has an open door policy and he is always willing to hear challenges and problems as they arise. I only rated the total experience a four because the one major fix I needed was not timely and took about four or five months, but that was the only problem.
The quick turnaround for repairs is super beneficial to me as a single working parent going to school full time. I know I can call with any problem and they will get the job done. Lloyd and his staff handle problems very professionally and make sure my household stays running.
