I lived in a house for 2 years that was managed by Valley Management Group. They did a good job managing the property and promptly responded to all maintenance and any other issues when I contacted them. They also provided references to help me to find another place to live when the property owner later decided to sell the property. As a tenant I would recommend using their services.
