Valley Management Group has been managing my property since 1999, and they have done very well since then. I am a hands-on property owner, and I need someone to work with me and keep me in the loop with what's going on. I like that Valley Management Group keeps me up to date. They're good with tenants, and have the right kind of personality to work with any of them. We have had a couple of problems with the properties, and they have always been willing and able to help us resolve those problems. They do a really great job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a management group willing to work and communicate with you.
