We have used Valley Management Group for about a year and a half now. This is our first time renting a property through a property management agency - or even renting a property at all, and it has been an overall great experience. They have been very responsive to our needs mostly in regards to the maintenance of the house we are in. A couple of the things we have had them help us with include a plumbing issue and installing an extra lock on the door for safety. They seem up to speed about property management, and the majority of the vendors they have sent out for either plumbing or something with carpet or a handyman for the door have all responded quite promptly. I would definitely recommend Valley Management Group to someone searching for a great home for their family!
