I have been renting from Valley Management Group for about sixteen or seventeen years. First, I rented one property from them and then moved to another. They handle all of the leasing and maintenance issues for the owners. Everything has been just fine. I haven't had any problems at all. Everything seems to get handled in a reasonable time frame and manner. They're fair, and they do a good professional job. I have had a good overall experience, and I would recommend them.
