I've been in the rental business for 50 years, been through a lot of management and have never had the quality of service that I've had with Valley Management Group. And I'm pretty hard-nosed about my property. I've used them for about 5 years now, and one of the things I like most is that they're ethical! If there's a problem with the property, they have a very well trained staff that is easy for tenants to talk to and responds immediately. I'm always able to get ahold of the owner or his staff during their office hours.

From what I've heard, every tenant really likes them. They have a good team and network of maintenance workers for repairs, plumbing, HVAC, etc. Moreover, they're trustworthy. I have some friends from Beijing, China who own property in California and trust them to manage it while they're overseas. Their costs are fair; their breakdown is just fine. I've had people charge me more for lesser service. They're extremely ethical.
