We had a nightmare with this company. We hired this VMG to manage my property in San Jose for few years; then at the time when the tenants moved out, we found out our property was trashed by the tenants and our appliances ( washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave )were gone. All the rooms in the house were painted to weird colors by the tenants. The dishwasher was broken, the windows were broken. Doors were broken, closet were broken, fireplace was broken, the carpet was destroyed, kitchen drawers broke, and our 20 years peach tree was cut and removed in the backyard. The tenants left tons of their garbage in garage. My house was totally trashed and the management company did not know until I we went to my house and found out all the problems after the tenants moved out. . Not only that, the company did not know how much my rent was and they did not catch the tenants when tenants paid short. The VMG only collected rent for owner, they did not do the routine inspection, no walk through check or inspection before tenants moved out. This company has no idea how to run the management business . They charged almost $2000 a year and they can't protect my property. When we reported them the problems of the house, they did not do anything to help . We decide to take the tenants and the VMG to the small claim court soon. They are so unprofessional, we were very upset that our house was destroyed by the tenants.
