My nephew is a mechanic and my husband is a retired air force mechanic, so we don't usually need to use commercial repair shops. However, my daughter needed to have the DUI lock thing installed in her car and it had to be done by a certified place. So we took it to The Engine Exchange & Auto Repair. Everything with the work was good and the people were very professional and very nice. They explained everything to me and had the job done in a timely manner. Unfortunately, nobody there was wearing masks. I'm a cancer survivor and have to be super careful. The guy at the counter was behind plexiglass and he put on a mask when I asked him to. He was nice about it. Then he asked one of the other guys to put on a mask and he did. But everyone else was walking around without masks which made me uncomfortable. Otherwise, the work done by The Engine Exchange & Auto Repair was what we expected.
