My work with The Engine Exchange & Auto Repair has been both good and... imperfect. So far as customer service is concerned, they excel-- they're polite, apologetic, accommodating... In terms of the work I hired them for, though, there's been a few different problems, and I've had to go back, thrice, and had to have the system rewired, which (has been time consuming, and) really shouldn't have been necessary, because it's a new Jeep, and it's not obscure or strange technology being installed. I would say, maybe, don't go there to have an interlock system put in your car, but also, after they've finally figured it out on mine, they'll probably be really good at it, so you might have an actually perfect experience.
