The representative at Floor Coverings International is outstanding. She is just wonderful to work with, and she follows up and helps with any questions we may have. She is hands-on and knowledgeable.
I am satisfied with the product I chose for my floors. I am happy I chose them as a company, and I feel she hires employees to do the installation who are trustworthy and competent. She herself showed up on the job site in the beginning, middle, and end of the project, and really went beyond the call of duty.
