For one i dont like i cant do online or over the phone rental payments a headace trying to get a money and mailing it off.And second its not true they dont inspect once a month because if so they would see i need two screen doors,the laundry room wall needs finshing the wall is open where rodents could enter.I have steel wool some off every where to much gap under the base boards.Its not worth the 1000.00 a month.And my property manager i told her about the heater vents on the wall about 3 of them is not on falling off never heard back from her.Dont know who to talk to.That is not good costumer service.
