I own 2 buildings in a hot district in Chicago and decided to hire Lett's Property Management to deal with the fluctuating rent market and general maintenance. So far, everything's been going great, my revenue has increased exponentially, the rent is being paid on time, and maintenance problems get cleared up very quickly. I switched from another property management company that was in over its head (common in the industry) , but Letts has shown extreme competence in its tasks. Despite taking a smaller cut, they have increased my revenue by 10% and kept my building very competitive as new construction starts to spring up all around. I would highly recommend this company.
