Well it's been 4 years and my family and I are finally moving out. Not because it's not a nice place! I love our apartment but the kiddos needed a yard and then another room. The guys here and especially Letts have always been great, we've had our share of "emergencies". Typical plumbing problems and our last one our stove that went berserk. However Letts PM have always dealt with everything as quickly as possible and professionally. They truly respect you here as a person, not just some tenant in #???.Even with things that were not covered in our contract Letts always found a way to help us out.
Now that we are moving and he's been understanding throughout our situation. We probably won't be out the first of next month but I'm rest assured that we aren't going to be taken advantage of as many other "property management companies" do. Charging extra fees here and there. Trying to charge a whole month for staying a few extra days. Here everything gets explained and they work with you on moving out!
I've always recommended them, but now even more so. If you are a prospective tenant checking them out, don't hesitate. This is a great company and you won't ever be left hanging. If you are a landlord looking for a management company look no further. They have balanced the needs of both tenants and landlords perfectly. Here, you get your money's worth.
