I have been a property owner for over two decades and in all my twenty years I have never come across a company that is as customer-driven as Letts Investment Realty and Real Estate Management. I have been a customer with Lett’s for over five years now and never once I have I been disappointed in their service. They manage a 50 unit townhouse community that I own and it has been simply smooth sailing. I have experience nothing but a staff with Lett’s that is highly responsive, transparent, and dedicated. In the past, I have had to disrupt my sleep for late night complaints from tenants about the lack of maintenance on the property. Or I would be caught in a cycle of trying to find honest and reliable property management staff. Now, I am able to get a full night’s rest or even go on vacation because I am confident that everything is running smoothly on my property and I have happy tenants. Their professionalism is second-to-none. My only regret is that I did not hire them twenty years ago...it could have saved me tons of money, time, and undue stress!
