Our furnace stopped working on Friday so I called the emergency maintenance number, the on call maintenance guy called me back but said they would need to get an outside contractor to do the repairs. It is now Tuesday and the company they hired keeps calling and saying he's going to be late for this or that reason. We have a 10 month old baby in the house and having to use a space heater to keep his room warm is unacceptable. Nobody truly seems to care when we call and just nonchalantly brushes us off. We love the house we're in but if this is the service we're going to get WITH the rent increase then no thanks. Our property manager Kaitlyn Aubrey hasn't returned a single one of my wife's phone calls.
