I have used Bill Metzger Plumbing over the last twenty years. I used them two times over the last six months. The first gentleman that came, Leon, was exceptional. He was prompt and very professional. He called me ahead of time. He was very thorough. He put in my new water heater. He gave suggestions and explained everything. He cleaned up after himself. He was exceptional. The second time I called them out was on a Sunday. I don't know if the guy was a part of Bill's regular staff, but he wasn't friendly and was late. I live in a condo and one of my pipes burst in my neighbor's garage so I had called him out to fix that. However, Bill and his staff are professional and honest. I got a good value for the price I paid. I have used them for the last twenty years so I think that speaks volumes. I recommend them.
