Don't get me wrong--I'm quite pleased with the work Bill Metzger Plumbing did on my house. I had a leaky faucet outside and he fixed it up well. However, we ended up having some disagreements about pricing. The price he quoted me initially was quite reasonable, but when he finished the job it suddenly skyrocketed. He didn't explain very clearly what was going on, but the bill ended up being a couple hundred dollars for fixing a leaky faucet. The discrepancy between quote and final bill was large enough that I would caution people who are considering hiring him to really check in about the costs and ensure throughout the process that the final cost will equal his quote.
