Bill Metzger Plumbing had done work for the previous owner of my house, and they recommended the company to me when I needed work done. I'm glad they did, because Bill Metzger Plumbing saved me a lot of money! I had a pump which wasn't working, and when I got other opinions on what needed to be done, I'd been told I would need to replace the pump. When the plumbers from Bill Metzger Plumbing came out and assessed the work to be done, they told me I didn't have to replace the costly pump after all, because it still has several years of life left in it. They were able to service and clean out the pump, and it's working great now! It was easy to schedule my appointment with them, and when they came here, they were polite and respectful of my home. All in all, a very good experience.
