We've only used Bill Metzger Plumbing once so far but judging by the quality of work and excellent customer service they provided us, we would trust them with any future plumbing needs. They pretty much just handled the replacement of a sump pump for us and the whole process went very smoothly. I knew what I needed, gave them a call, and they were able to provide us with great service at a decent price. Their tech was very respectful of my property and addressed all of our concerns prior to beginning the work. I would use them again.
