This morning my air conditioning worked fine. Prestige showed up to perform "cleaning and maintenance". While they were here my air conditioning stopped working. They tried to charge me $409 and when I refused to pay they left without providing any documentation on what is actually wrong. Never ever will I work with them again now I'm stuck starting at square one to get my now broken system fixed.
