I first came to know this company while house sitting for some friends, and was impressed with their honest assessment of the situation. They did good work but didn't rack up huge fees for what they did. What I remember most about the encounter was their refreshingly honest approach. As a homeowner with limited knowledge of how to diagnose and correct plumbing problems, I appreciate someone who is honest.

We had them out today to our own house based on my initial experience with them, and while the tech was a different person than the first one I met, this guy was every bit as honest as the other one. He arrived on time, spelled out our options clearly and then got to work and solved our problem.
