There was an issue with our furnace. It had a part that wasn't working properly and we could not get heat in the home. Mark from Prestige Plumbing Heating Cooling responded in a timely fashion. He did not have the part needed to repair the unit, but he put in a temporary fix to ensure we could get heat in the time being. I was very pleased that he had been so concerned about getting us heat. The next day he came back with the part and repaired the furnace. We have not been without heat since. I would, and have recommended them. They are a very customer focused and fairly priced business.
