$464.00 to replace a sump pump that was under warranty

Do not use them!!!!! Called and called and no one would call me back to explain why it cost so much to replace a sump pump that was under warranty. Even sent a certified letter to the owner with no response.
I have told everyone from my two jobs and my church and all my friends not to use them at all. Even 2 plumbers I talked to said that it was a rip off!

Our technician's provide all pricing upfront and need customer approval before moving forward with any work. You authorized the work and acknowledged that you were 100% satisfied with the work. You are provided with a 1 year workmanship warranty and we swapped out the warrantied pump for you and replaced it with a brand new pump. We were willing to refund you a portion of the invoice, but you did not accept the refund. Our prices are based on a national average for the work we did and you had the choice to not accept the price and go with another company. Please contact our office and let us know what need's to happen to make this right with you. It is not our intention to make our customer's unhappy. That is why we provide pricing up front before any work is completed.
