In 2014 had a new furnace, AC unit and water heater installed, knowing the trades very well I was very inpressed by the work Steve and Ken did, spot on. This year I decided to have a whole house humidity system installed, so of course I called them to do it. Well after many calls and excuses I gave up and never got it installed... It you don't do full house humidity systems, just say so, don't play games on the phone as if you do.
