Very unprofessional.
Prestige Plumbing Heating Cooling came initially when my furnace wasn't working. They came in, diagnosed the wrong thing, they fixed the heating but the cooling still didn't work because of a wiring issue that they missed. I called them back and they said I needed to have my control board replaced and gave me an estimate of around $1000. I got a second opinion, it turned out that Prestige had misdiagnosed again. There was just one wire that had been chewed up and the wire was replaced for much less than what Prestige said it would cost.
When I contacted the owner to resolve the issue, she never called me back, and just sent me a letter refusing refund or to discuss the issue further, and I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau. I think the way they do business is terrible and they don't care about their customers. The manager never called me, and their form of communication was very unprofessional. I hope they make changes with how they communicate. They're a small business and should be more personal. I would never recommend or call them again. You can't get ahold of anyone there except the dispatcher, they have no direct communication with customers, and I think that it would just be more courteous to have direct contact.
