Both Dom & Marc very pleasant, but Dom should know all his company's policies !
Holiday, 9-7-15, foned Dominic. He said my Carrier A/C with less than 5yrs use (10-27-10) under warranty. Appt made for 9-8 -15. to avoidHolidayupcharge. As tech Marc was enroute to my house the AM of 9-8-15, Dominic called & said they cannot do warranty work on Carrier products and I must seek reimbursement from Carrier! Now between the rock and hard place, I agreed to have Marc repair my A/C since it was 82* inside my house, and I had no more time to waste. Had Dominic advised me the morning of 9-7-15 that they didn't do Carrier warranty work, I would have found someone that did, and avoided my new problem of trying to get reimbursed from Carrier, which may or may not work out ! Also, I went online today, 9-9-15, and discovered I was probably overcharged about $300 for a $50 part ! (Capacitor).
