Both Dom & Marc very pleasant, but Dom should know all his company's policies !

Holiday, 9-7-15, foned Dominic. He said my Carrier A/C with less than 5yrs use (10-27-10) under warranty. Appt made for 9-8 -15. to avoidHolidayupcharge. As tech Marc was enroute to my house the AM of 9-8-15, Dominic called & said they cannot do warranty work on Carrier products and I must seek reimbursement from Carrier! Now between the rock and hard place, I agreed to have Marc repair my A/C since it was 82* inside my house, and I had no more time to waste. Had Dominic advised me the morning of 9-7-15 that they didn't do Carrier warranty work, I would have found someone that did, and avoided my new problem of trying to get reimbursed from Carrier, which may or may not work out ! Also, I went online today, 9-9-15, and discovered I was probably overcharged about $300 for a $50 part ! (Capacitor).

All of our prices are based on a national average and the price was given upfront to you before the work began. We also service all brands of HVAC systems. Did you stress to Dom or ask if we were a Carrier authorized dealer? Dominick's job is to dispatch a tech to come out and fix your problem. I listened to the phone call, and its seems that you were uncertain if your system was under warranty. It seemed like the main goal was to get your AC back on because it was very hot out.
