When they are at my house, they don't waste any time. They get the job done, and they are in and out. I will say that their prices might be a little higher than other places I have used, but I decided it was worth it for me because I can count on them coming when they say.

Also, with Prestige Plumbing, the prices are set. They don't come back with two different prices for the same job. They will show you in their book exactly what the price is for each project.

The other think I really like about them happened with my first experience using them. It was an emergency situation, and I had to shut my water off. I have little children, so it was important to get the water back on. At first he said he would be there in several hours, but when I explained the situation and that I have small kids, he was here within half an hour. He really cared about our needs on a Saturday morning.

I have been using Prestige Plumbing for a year to a year and a half. The quality has been perfect. I have never had to call them back for the same problem.
